Quick Takes (#?)

--- 1 ---
Our house, blanketed in snow.
Winter Whoop-a$$.   We received more than 12 inches of snow in about 12 hours on Tuesday night.  Broken trees = broken power lines.  :(  We were without power and heat for almost 24 hours.

Addie watching the snowflakes fall.

--- 2 ---
We have weaned Addie from her night feedings and made the mistake of substituting cuddles for food. Now we are weaning her off of night cuddles.  I feel cruel.
Addie and her daddy.  This is actually a mid-morning nap.  Darn, they are cute!

--- 3 ---

Two foot-two, eyes of blue.  I have to say, my daughter has amazing eyes (she gets them from her daddy).  Yes, our wallpaper is hideous.  I know.

--- 4 ---
I haven't been to Mass in two weeks.  Confession is on the docket for tomorrow afternoon.  I really don't like feeling like I am failing God and myself.

--- 5 ---
Addie has discovered that the bathtub is a fun height for "cruising".  I just can't believe she is almost walking... my guess is that she'll be fully mobile by Thanksgiving.  Ahh!  Say it ain't so!

--- 6 ---
My welcoming committee as I got home from work last weekend.  Nothing like falling in love while walking up to the front door.

--- 7 ---
I officially have baby fever (again).  No joke.  I look at baby pictures of Addie everyday.  I have given a ton of thought and prayer to how/when we'll try again.  Although I am impressed with the NaPro approach, I really don't want to take the time to learn Creighton (sorry, TCIE).  I thought the nearest practitioner was an hour away, but in reality she is an hour and a half on the other side of Denver which really is prohibitive.  But, one of my new friends used a doctor here who is doesn't do IVF, so I am going to contact her.  Doesn't hurt that her office is four blocks from our house, either.

I hope your search for a doctor goes well. Addie's adorable and I definitely understand the baby fever thing.
